In-shop fitting vs online fitting
In Pune? Your first fitting is hands-on — walk in to our Budhwar Peth shop and we assess and fit you hands-on.
Anywhere else in India? Our online fitting (₹499, fully credited to your insole order) assesses your feet over video and ships your custom insoles to your door.
A note on materials
We match the insole material to your need — firmer support for correction, softer cushioning and diabetic-safe materials for sensitive or neuropathic feet. We’re a specialist fitting shop, not a medical clinic; for diagnosis of a medical condition, please also see your doctor.

Once we have your assessment and detailed measurements of your feet, your insoles are typically crafted in 3–7 working days and then couriered to you anywhere in India.
How long until custom insoles feel comfortable?
Most people adapt within 1–2 weeks as the feet adjust to proper support. We follow up after you start wearing your insoles to make sure the fit feels right.
Can I get custom insoles without visiting Pune?
Yes. Our online fitting lets us assess your feet over video and from a few photos, then we fit your custom insoles into footwear and post them to your door anywhere in India.
Do you sell insoles on their own?
